The downy serviceberry, also know as the common serviceberry, is a small deciduous tree or shrub native to North America. In early spring, it produces clusters of delicate white flowers, followed by berries edible berries that attract birds. Its oval leaves turn stunning shades of orange and red in the fall, adding seasonal beauty. Adaptable to a variety of soils and light conditions, Downy serviceberry is a popular choice for gardens, naturalized areas, and wildlife habitats.
