Commonly known as bigtooth aspen, is a fast-growing deciduous tree native to North America. Recognized for its toothed, oval leaves that flutter in the wind, it provides visual interest and dappled shade. Its light gray bark and rapid growth make it a valuable pioneer species in reforestation and naturalization projects. Bigtooth aspen thrives in a variety of soils and is often found in mixed woodlands, contributing to wildlife habitat and ecosystem diversity.
